A. Application: Used for small cover heat sealing after adding acid to car/tubular battery.
B. Operation: The battery is automatically input into the machine through photoelectric induction automatic positioning and clamping, the equipment automatically completes the whole process of small cover heat sealing, and the sealed battery is automatically transported to the next process.
C. Features: This equipment uses special aluminum alloy material to make the heating plate and heat sealing mold, adopts the unique mold design, the heat transfer speed is fast, the temperature is even, the replacement is convenient, the safety is quick, the welding quality is more reliable.
